The Tasting Room

The Bar

We use the best Malts in the business.

We use the hops from the United States, England and Germany.




All of the bottles are packed in commercial grade shipping cases or kegs for distribution to restaurants and retail outlets.



The Boxes are put on conveyors and then the bottles are extracted. The bottles are filled and capped at the bottler as Hugh explains during one of his tours. Once they are bottled, they are then repacked into six packs and cases.


The beer is then put on pallets, in cold storage and finally out the door to you!

Barley comes into the brewery through the silo and then mixed with water to make wort.



Malt and water are combined to make a sweet flavored substance called wort. The wort is then boiled and hops are added during the boil.

After the boil, the wort is flash cooled, yeast is added, and it is left to ferment in the fermentation tanks. After fermentation, the beer is filtered, packed and sent to you.

However, once the product goes in the bottle – that is only the beginning. At Clipper City Brewing we test and retest every batch to make sure that the freshness and quality always remain the same in every bottle. There is treasure in every bottle.

And the treasure is the taste. We have won hundreds of awards with our beers. All of this leads to our award winning beers. You could say they are EXTRAAGHDINARY!!
