The mission of Clipper City Brewing Company has always involved being an active member of society and helping improve the way of life in the community.

Programs/Organizations

Clipper City is pleased to lend its support to so many worthy groups and activities.

In 2007, Clipper City implemented a program to demonstrate support for returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. On June 1, 2007, Clipper City began donating a portion of their proceeds to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to support the rehabilitation efforts for returning veterans. The program, which is an ongoing donor project for Clipper City over spanning a 12 month period until June 1, 2008, will directly benefit returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan who receive their care throughout the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System. Currently, Clipper City has donated over $15,600.

Other organizations that Clipper City supports include the Baltimore Zoo, Living Classrooms Foundation, Fell’s Point Development Corporation, Restaurant Association of Maryland, Brewer’s Association of Maryland and many more charitable groups.
